Johanna Nilsson

Psychologist and Family Support Specialist

Johanna Nilsson, Ph.D., received her doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University in 1999. She is a licensed psychologist in Kansas and Missouri. She works as a professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she teaches psychopathology, diagnostic and intervention skills to undergraduate and graduate students. She has experiences working with both children and adults. She is married and a mother of two.
