Addie graduated from Johnson County Community College in May 2018 with an Associate's degree in Business Administration and General Sciences. She applied her knowledge in administrative roles, gaining experience in business operations. She is responsible for handling insurance and billing services for Kansas City Developmental Therapies. Her role involves working closely with families to ensure they understand their insurance benefits and the billing process. Her knowledge and support help families navigate the often-complex world of insurance, allowing them to focus on the developmental services their children need. Addie believes every child is special and deserves a team that values their individual differences!

In her free time, she enjoys actives such as watching sci-fi shows, reading, and going to local plant stores and coffee shops! She lives happily at home with her husband, son, and their dog, Luna.
